Not only did the hotel meet those expectations, but it exceeded them in every aspect. The staff showed exceptional goodwill towards my elderly parents, ensuring their comfort and convenience throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were not only clean and spacious but also boasted excellent heating to combat the Alpine chill, as well as top-notch air conditioning for warmer days. Furthermore, the mini-bar stocked with a variety of refreshments was a delightful touch after a long day of hiking, while the soundproofed rooms guaranteed a peaceful night's rest. The terraces attached to the rooms provided breathtaking views of the lake, allowing us to bask in the beauty of the surroundings. The complimentary toiletries were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. In conclusion, Du Grand Lac Excelsior truly impressed me with its attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. From the warm welcome we received to the thoughtful amenities provided, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I can confidently say that this hotel stands out from the rest, and I look forward to returning for another memorable Alpine getaway.
